Classes are 1 Hour and consist of basic martial arts and self defence skills. Although there is an aspect of discipline withih Mascots they also get to learn some fun martial arts based games as well as basic stranger danger training.
For beginner and intermediate aged 9-12
Classes are 1 Hour and consist of basic and intermediate self defense and Martial arts skills. Although generally targeted at ages 9-12 these classes are also targeted towards students who are younger than 9 but are reaching an intermediate level. There is a strong focus on discipline, fitness and self-awerness in ZMA Junior Classes.
For beginners, intermediate and advanced Martial Artists aged 13+
Classes are 1.5 Hours and consist of a wide varitety of training material from basic to advanced self defense and martial arts skills from a broad range of styles. Seniors classes have a strong focus on discipline, flexibility, training ethic and overall fitness.
For beginner, intermediate and advanced Martial Artists aged 9+
Classes are 1 Hour for beginners and 1.5 Hours for intermediate and advanced. These classes cater to parents that wish to train with their kids and kids who wish to train with a greater intensity. Combined classes are similiar to our Seniors classes however can have a slightly slower pace due to the younger students.
GROUP MUAY THAI - BEGINNERS, INTERMEDIATE, & FIGHT TEAM
Mixed group muay thai classes for beginners, intermediate, & fight team training
(ladies, & kids 10+ welcome)
Classes are 1.5 Hour and cover all levels from beginner to advanced. You get to train in a friendly team environment along side our active fight team. Training and will consist of jogging, skipping, focus mitts & thai pad training, bag work as well as some basic combination training and light sparring.
LADIES MUAY THAI KICKBOXING
For Ladies aged 10+
Our group Muay Thai classes welcome ladies and provide training for basic fitness through to serious competition level training. Muay Thai is a great way to improve your overall fitness with increased cardio, strength, and flexibility. It makes for a fun way to get in shape!!

With a range of fighter specific based classes 6 days a week, as well as additional cadio (running, swimming) programs before classes, additional weight and strength conditioning work, and private pad lessons with our active fighters/coaches. Previous experience is highly regarded, although not necessary, a keen attitude and strong training ethic is a must for fight training!!
