Classes are 1 Hour and consist of basic martial arts and self defence skills. Although there is an aspect of discipline withih Mascots they also get to learn some fun martial arts based games as well as basic stranger danger training.
For beginner and intermediate aged 9-12
Classes are 1 Hour and consist of basic and intermediate self defense and Martial arts skills. Theses classes are also targeted towards students who are younger than 9 but are reaching an intermediate level. There is a strong focus on discipline, fitness and self-awerness in ZMA Junior Classes.
For beginners, intermediate and advanced Martial Artists aged 13+
Classes are 1.5 Hours and consist of a wide varitety of training material from basic to advanced self defense and martial arts skills from a broad range of styles. Seniors classes have a strong focus on discipline, flexibility, training ethic and overall fitness.
For beginner, intermediate and advanced Martial Artists aged 9+
Classes are 1 Hour for beginners and 1.5 Hours for intermediate and advanced. These classes cater to parents that wish to train with their kids and kids who wish to train with a greater intensity. Combined classes are similiar to our Seniors classes however can have a slightly slower pace due to the younger students.
Mixed classes for beignner and intermediate aged 10-14
Clasess are 1 Hour and have a strong focus on cardio fitness. This class will have a basic level of kickboxing/ muai thai training and will consist of jogging, skipping, focus mitts & thai pad training, bag work as well as some basic combination training and light sparring.
For Ladies aged 15+
Classes are 1 Hour and have strong focus on cardio fitness. This class will have a basic level of kickboxing/maui thai training and will consist of jogging, skipping, focus mitts & thai pad training, bag work as well as some basic combination training and light sparring.
Mixed classes for all levels aged 15+
Classes run for 1.5 - 2 Hours and cover a basic to advanced level kickboxing/maui thai training. Classes will ususally consist of 30 mins Jogging before class, skipping, stretching, 3-5 focus mitt rounds, 3-5 thai pad rounds, hanging bag rounds, clinch rounds, combination training with a partner, sparring rounds, core conditioning.
